Daily light from astrology — a live map of the sky, read against your own birth chart.
How it works
The same short walkthrough shown the first time you open the app:
✦ Vedic Sky — A live map of the sky above you right now, calculated from real astronomical positions and read through classical Vedic texts — not a generic horoscope.
Personalised by Your Birth Chart — Every day's reading is your own: where the sky is right now, read against where it was the moment you were born.
Ask Anything — Ask about your chart, a placement, or what today's sky means for you — in plain language, any time.
Track Your Growth — svādhyāya, in a modern form. Enter your birth details, do each day's short task, and review your progress across eight areas of life — the four classical goals, Dharma, Artha, Kama, and Moksha.
Enter Your Date of Birth — Your Kundali, the classical Vedic birth chart, is built the moment you enter your date, time, and place of birth. Nothing leaves your device until you do.
Getting started
Set your birth date, time, and place in the Kundali tab. This builds your personal chart — nothing is sent anywhere until you do this.
Get a daily reading and a short scenario, drawn from your chart's current influences — today's transits meeting your dasha period.
Work through the scenario — there's no wrong answer, just your natural response to an ordinary situation.
Track your growth over time in the Growth tab, built up from your responses.
Exploring the Sky tab
The Sky tab shows a live chart of where the planets sit right now, in the sidereal zodiac used in Jyotish (not the Western tropical zodiac).
Tap any planet — on the wheel, the 3D star map, or in the table underneath — for a plain-language explanation of what it means for you specifically, blending its placement in your chart with where it's transiting right now.
Tap any zodiac sign for the same, at the level of a whole house — including which planets (yours, or currently transiting) are there.
Switch between the 2D wheel and the 3D star map using the toggle above the chart. The 3D view can be rotated (drag) and zoomed (pinch).
Personal vs. general view
The Today tab shows a small diagram of two circles overlapping — today's transits, and your personal dasha period. Their overlap is what shapes your daily scenario. Tap "Show generic view" to see what a scenario looks like without your personal chart folded in, using transits alone.
Managing your birth data
Your birth date, time, and place can be edited or cleared at any time from the Kundali tab. Clearing it removes your personal chart from the device and reverts the app to a generic demo chart — nothing is retained once cleared.
Subscription
Vedic Sky offers a free trial period, after which a low-cost subscription unlocks full personalised access. Exact pricing and any current offers are shown in the app at the point of purchase, and via your device's app store account settings.
Privacy
Your birth details and questions are used to generate personalised readings via a backend AI service, solely to produce your reading — they are not sold or used for advertising. See the full privacy policy for details.
